Dolphin Assisted Therapy (DAT) – Application Form

Our DAT packages include:

2 DAT sessions per day – morning session and afternoon session

DAT sessions are held 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday

Accommodation incl. breakfast (Check our hotel / accommodation here!)

Airport pick up and return transport – to and from hotel

Daily shuttle (approx. 20 minute car drive) from hotel to our facility for patients DAT sessions

Counselling by certified therapist (currently Psychotherapist)

Towels and shower facilities for client and accompanies

Life- respective Swim Wests for therapy client

Please Note: Lunch & Dinner Meals and Beverages available at our Marine Park “Amavi” Restaurant on request.

WE OFFER 6 DIFFERENT DAT PACKAGES – rates depend on room standard!
– starting price per week is 3.121 US$ = 43.700.000 IDR inclusive 15% tax & service charge
* Packages & rates do not include beverages * Package rates valid for 1 patient & max. 2 accompanies

We are aware that every patient and family has his special needs and requirements for a dolphin therapy package and we are glad to customize a special packages for your individual needs!
